1. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting or using this website (the "Site") or buying a product from RAVEE STUDIO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.
2. About RAVEE STUDIO
RAVEE STUDIO is a one-person digital studio based in Thailand, selling printable worksheets, Excel and Notion templates, software tools, and bundles as digital downloads. RAVEE STUDIO may also list some products on external marketplaces; when it does, they are linked under "Find Us Elsewhere" in the footer.
3. Eligibility
The Site and its products are intended for use by adults — including teachers, parents, and other adults purchasing on behalf of children in their care. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
4. Products and Pricing
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and don't include tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax or VAT, it is calculated from your billing location and shown on the secure payment page before you pay. We may change prices, descriptions, or availability of any product at any time without prior notice, though changes won't affect an order you've already completed. From time to time some products, or the whole store, may be on sale; the sale price and its end date are shown on the site, and the regular price returns when the sale ends. Discount codes are checked at checkout, and only one code can be used per order. A code can't be combined with a sale price, so it applies only to items in your cart that aren't already on sale. Some codes have conditions, which are shown with the code: for example, a new-customer code works only on your first paid order (checked against the email address you use at checkout; free downloads don't count), and an Extra Teacher License code works only on items bought with that license. Codes have no cash value and may end or be withdrawn at any time, without affecting orders already completed.
5. Orders and Payment
Checkout is a guest process — no password account is required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; RAVEE STUDIO never sees or stores your full payment card details. Your cart shows the item price, any discount, and the total before tax; any tax is added and shown on the secure payment page before you confirm payment.
6. Digital Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. After payment, you get instant download access, and My Library (unlocked with your email and a one-time code) holds your purchase history and files for unlimited re-download. Nothing is shipped physically.
7. Licenses
Every purchase includes a Personal License, and select products offer an optional Extra Teacher License. What each license allows and prohibits is set out in full in our License Terms, which form part of these Terms of Service.
8. Refunds and Replacements
Change-of-mind refunds are not available once delivery of a digital product has started. For paid orders, checkout asks you to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this ends any 14-day withdrawal right you have (for example, in the EU, EEA, and UK). If a file is damaged, won't open, or isn't as described, we'll provide a replacement, or a full refund if we can't fix it. See our Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Reviews and User Content
Only customers who have the product in their My Library (including free products) can review it, by signing in to My Library. You can write one review per product. Reviews may be published publicly with the name you choose, your star rating, your comment, up to three photos, and a "Verified purchase" label. Your email address and order are stored with the review so we can confirm it, but they are never shown. Photos have their location and other hidden data removed before they are stored. Reviews appear immediately after an automatic check, can't be edited after posting, and must not contain profanity or links; you may add one update to your review later. We may remove reviews that break these rules, and RAVEE STUDIO may reply publicly to any review. To have your review deleted, contact us with the Privacy request subject.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or share purchased files or download links beyond what your license allows; scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's content or code; misuse coupon codes or promotions; impersonate another person; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
11. Intellectual Property
Except for the rights explicitly granted to you under our License Terms when you purchase a product, all content on this Site — including designs, artwork, branding, product files, and site code — remains the property of RAVEE STUDIO and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. External Marketplace Links
RAVEE STUDIO products may also be available on external marketplaces such as Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, Creative Fabrica, or itch.io. Purchases made on those platforms are subject to that platform's own terms, not this Site's.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its products are provided "as is." While we take care to make sure files work as described, we don't guarantee that every product will be error-free or suit every specific use, and we make no exaggerated claims about outcomes from using them.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RAVEE STUDIO's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or the Site.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
