License Terms

1. Overview

Every RAVEE STUDIO purchase includes a Personal License. Select products also offer an optional Extra Teacher License, chosen at the time of purchase. Products that include a software tool may also carry a software license key, described in Section 4. There is no commercial resale license available at this time.

2. Personal License (included with every purchase)

The Personal License lets you:

• Use the product repeatedly, for as long as you like.
• If you're a parent, use the product with your own children.
• Re-download the file at any time from My Library.

It does not permit you to resell the product, redistribute it, share your download link, or share the original source file with anyone else, even for free.

3. Extra Teacher License (optional add-on)

Where available, the Extra Teacher License is chosen alongside the main product using a license dropdown, and adds:

• Permission to use the product across classrooms within one school, for every grade level the product is made for (shown on the product page, for example Grades 2–4; products for all ages cover all grade levels).
• A License Certificate. Right after purchase you enter the teacher's name and school (plus an optional message); the grade levels are filled in from the product. You then download it as a PDF, without needing to contact us. The school and grade levels are recorded with your license and can't be changed afterwards except through our support; the name and message can be edited any time in My Library.

It does not extend to grade levels the product isn't made for, other campuses or schools, or resale/redistribution outside your own school setting.

4. Software License Keys

Purchases that include a software tool receive a unique license key (in the format RV-XXXX-XXXX), delivered by email and shown in My Library. This is a one-time, perpetual purchase with no subscription or renewal. Bug fixes and small updates are provided free to existing customers; a substantial new version or module may be offered as a separate, paid product. Software may include a non-removable brand or license watermark; this is not intended as full copy protection, only as a reasonable measure against casual sharing.

5. What You May Not Do

Regardless of license tier, you may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute a RAVEE STUDIO product, in whole or in part, as your own or otherwise.
• Share purchase download links, license keys, or source files with anyone outside the license you purchased.
• Remove or alter RAVEE STUDIO branding, watermarks, or license keys embedded in a product.
• Claim authorship of a RAVEE STUDIO product.
• Use a product beyond the scope of the license you purchased (for example, school-wide use without an Extra Teacher License).

6. Term and Termination

Your license is valid for as long as you comply with these License Terms. A material violation — such as reselling or redistributing a product — may result in the license being revoked and access to My Library being withdrawn, without a refund.
