1. What This Policy Covers
Our Privacy Policy explains, broadly, how RAVEE STUDIO handles personal information across the Site. This Customer Data Policy goes one level deeper specifically on order and customer-account data — what's collected, why it's needed, and how long we keep it — since that's the data most directly tied to your purchases.
The data controller for customer data is Raveewan Srikhum, trading as RAVEE STUDIO, Salinsiri Apartment, Chalongkrung Road, Lamplatiew, Ladkrabang, Bangkok 10520, Thailand. Privacy contact: support@raveestudio.com.
2. What We Collect and Why
- Name and email — to identify your order, send your receipt and download access, and let you back into My Library with a one-time code.
- Billing country (and state/postal code where required) — to calculate the correct tax on your order.
- Products purchased and license type — to give you access to the right files and the right license.
- License Certificate details (Extra Teacher License only) — the teacher's name, school, and optional message you enter after purchase, plus the product's grade levels, to produce your certificate and to confirm what your license covers.
- Payment reference and tax result from Stripe — to keep an accounting record of the transaction. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Contact form submissions and attachments — to answer your question, resolve an order issue, or process a Privacy Request.
- Product reviews — the name, rating, comment, update, and photos you choose to publish, plus your email and order kept privately to confirm the review is from a customer.
- Marketing email address — only if you've opted in, to send occasional updates; never used for anything else.
We do not ask for information we don't need to serve you — there is no password to store, and My Library does not require a permanent account.
3. How Long We Keep It

4. Analytics and Marketing Choices
We don't run analytics tools on this site at the moment. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, shows us basic traffic totals (such as the number of visits), without cookies and without identifying you. If we add analytics later, it will only run after you allow it in the cookie banner. Marketing email is entirely separate from your order and always includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing from marketing email does not affect your receipts or download access, which are transactional and tied to your purchase.
5. Who We Share Data With
We share the minimum necessary data with the following processors, each for their specific purpose:
- Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation.
- Resend — sending receipts, download access, support replies, and (if opted in) marketing email.
- Anthropic (Claude) — an AI assistant that helps us draft replies to Contact messages (it sees your first name, your message and attachment names, and the related order or product, not your email address or card details); we review and send every reply ourselves.
- Cloudflare — hosting, file storage, and security/bot protection.
These providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, and (for Cloudflare) its global data center network; see Section 13 of our Privacy Policy for the full list of countries and the safeguards we rely on. We do not sell customer data, and we don't share it with anyone outside of running the store as described here.
6. Children's Data
RAVEE STUDIO does not intentionally collect data from children. Our products are bought and used by adults — teachers, parents, and other adult customers — even when a child is the end user of a printed worksheet.
7. Your Choices and Requests
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict your customer data, object to how we use it, receive a portable copy of it, or withdraw any consent you gave (such as for marketing email). The full list of your rights under the PDPA and GDPR is in Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
At this time, RAVEE STUDIO doesn't offer self-service account controls inside My Library. To make a request, use the Contact form and choose "Privacy request" as the subject. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within 30 days. Some records, such as completed order and tax records, may need to be kept even after a deletion request, where accounting or legal rules require it — we'll explain which records that applies to when we respond.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) or, in the EU, EEA, or UK, to your local data protection authority.
